All payment will be done over Paypal in USD in invoices only.A 50% down payment, and 50% upon completion will be necessary.If the remaining payment is later than a week upon completion of the work, then I reserve the right to add a 10% late fee to the remaining amount.
COPYRIGHT & RIGHTS
I reserve all commercial rights to my art, including displaying in portfolios & social media (commission examples).If however, you would like your commission to be kept private, simply let me know.You may not republish my work as my own.When uploading the finished art to social media, you must credit me as the original artist in all instances.If I find my art has been tokenised, or turned into an NFT, I reserve the right to consider the commission my own and sell prints (etc) of my work. Your ownership of the work will automatically be revoked, and will be henceforth publicly blacklisted.Personal use and display of my work is okay and encouraged.
